1. Submit an Inquiry
Complete the inquiry form on our Book Us page and share as many details as you have about your event. Don't worry if you haven't finalized everything yet—we're happy to help along the way.

2. Receive Your Custom Quote
We'll review your event details and send you a personalized quote within 24 hours.

3. Customize & Confirm
Once you've had a chance to review your quote, we'll connect with you to answer any questions, discuss customization options, and finalize your booking. From there, you can relax knowing we'll take care of the coffee experience.

Yes! Our Avero Essential, Signature, and Premium Packages are designed as starting points to make planning your event simple. Every event is unique, and we're happy to customize your coffee experience to fit your vision, guest count, and preferences.

Whether you'd like to adjust the menu, add specialty beverages, accommodate dietary needs, or create something entirely custom, we'll work with you to design a package that's the perfect fit for your event.

Our standard espresso menu includes a selection of handcrafted café favorites:

• Espresso

• Cappuccino

• Americano (Hot or Iced)

• Latte (Hot or Iced)

• Espresso Tonic (Iced)

• Chai Latte (Hot or Iced)

We also offer whole and oat milk options and flavored syrups to personalize each beverage.

Looking for something unique? We're happy to customize your menu with seasonal specialties or signature drinks to complement your event.

While Avero Coffee is proudly based in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, we happily serve events throughout the Greater Philadelphia area and are always open to traveling beyond.

If your event is outside our typical service area, we'd love to hear from you. Reach out with your event details, and we'll be happy to see how we can be part of your celebration.

Yes! Each Avero Coffee package includes 2 hours of service, with the option to add additional time if your event calls for it.

Extra service is available for $100 per hour, subject to availability. Just let us know during the booking process, and we'll tailor your package to your event.

Yes! Our coffee cart is equipped to provide services anywhere! We have all that we need right at our cart - including plumbing and a battery generator for electrical.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially during wedding season and the holidays.

While we do our best to accommodate last-minute inquiries, availability cannot be guaranteed.
